What does the addition 3in1 or 5in1 mean

If you see a product with the name e.g. 5in1:, then this means that this motif offers several options. These could be, for example, the following:

  • Number of persons
  • Select gender
  • different arrangement of the design
  • Partner designs
  • and much more.

Examples:

With our 5in1: Girlfriends design you can choose 2,3,4 or 5 girlfriends.

With our 3in1: Sweet Couple design you have the options to choose man+woman, man+man or woman+woman etc.

Clicking on such a design can be worthwhile as it offers several possibilities.

Why organic cotton?

HalloGeschenk.de has consciously decided to forego cheap cotton products and instead to use OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton products for the sake of the environment. This decision is deeply rooted in our ecological and economic principles.

By avoiding conventional cotton, which is often grown using pesticides and chemicals, we can significantly reduce the impact on our environment. Organic cotton is produced without the use of harmful chemicals and in accordance with strict ecological standards. This protects the health of the soil, the well-being of the workers and the quality of the water. With OEKO-TEX certified products, we also guarantee that our textiles are free from harmful substances and are produced under fair working conditions.

But our commitment goes beyond environmental protection. From an economic point of view, we focus on durability and quality. Organic cotton products are not only more sustainable, but also more durable and more comfortable to wear. This makes them a more economical choice in the long term, both for our customers and for the environment.

At HalloGeschenk.de we firmly believe that together we can make a difference. By using OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton, we are doing our part to create a healthier and more sustainable world. I found a product cheaper. Is there a price guarantee?

As a rule, we calculate very fairly and very closely. However, with this abundance of products and other companies, we cannot guarantee anything. However, you can always send us an inquiry by email and we will examine your request. Please remember to provide us with evidence of the price discrepancy. This requires at least one active link to a well-known company.

Are interim sales possible?

We always make every effort to keep our inventory up to date.

But given the abundance of products we offer, it can happen that a product is out of stock.

Basically, all products that we offer are consistently available and we remove them from the range as quickly as possible if they are no longer available.

If we experience delivery bottlenecks despite monitoring, we will always contact you by email with a possible delivery date, an alternative offer or refund your order. Please also always check your spam folder.

This applies more to gadgets, such as rubber ducks, than to our customizable clothing and home decor items.

What can I personalize?

You will find a variety of products, such as T-shirts, hoodies, wooden tealight holders, metal signs, lanterns, cups and much more, all of which you can personalize.

In addition to our cartoon characters, we also offer motif products (i.e. actually "finished" designs) which you can still personalize with a phrase.

There are also many photo products with various templates, such as our color splash.

Overall, we offer you the most modern technology in a gift shop that we could find and use it in every corner so that you can find individual products that are not available anywhere else in this form.

What is HalloGeschenk.de’s stance on sustainability?

As a POD provider (print to order), we avoid unnecessary storage and the waste of resources. In addition, depending on the product and supplier, we offer plastic-free packaging and CO2-neutral shipping wherever our suppliers give us the opportunity. In addition, we, as well as many of our partners, source a significant amount of green electricity from renewable energy sources.

What is the quality of HalloGeschenk.de?

It is important to us that you are happy with your order - because it is particularly tricky when gifts are not of good quality.

For this reason, we select very carefully in advance which products make it into our online shop.

Furthermore, there are several procedures and self-tests which we carry out regularly to ensure the quality of our products and suppliers.

Important note on VAT

Important note: According to Section 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT and do not show it on our invoices.

Questions about your order

Here you will find the most frequently asked questions about your order

How long does delivery take?

All personalized items are only finished (printed) after you have placed your order. This is done very quickly. We usually check and approve the print order within a short time, so your order will be at your home within 3-5 working days.

At the same time, you will always receive an email about the order status (please also check your spam folder if necessary), which you will also see after logging into your account.

In exceptional cases and at peak times, this information may vary slightly. However, in the event of special incidents, we will always inform you additionally by email.

Questions about order or shipment status

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which contains all the relevant information. We will also automatically send you an email with the shipment status as soon as your order is on its way. You can track the shipment using the tracking number in the email, just like in your account.

Are there any additional costs?

No, our prices in the shopping cart are final prices. You are not entering into a subscription, nor are there any follow-up costs. The only exception are orders from abroad, e.g. customs fees for orders from Switzerland with an order value of over 150 euros.

Will my data be treated confidentially?

As a German company, we adhere to all data protection guidelines. Therefore, your data will only be used to process your order and only within the scope of our business relationship.

Is ordering from HalloGeschenk.de safe?

We work on the Shopify platform, the world's largest provider of online shops. Millions of companies and customers have trusted this system for decades. Payment transactions through Shopify Payments, which is responsible for all payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc., are SSL-encrypted and therefore offer the greatest security.

How much are the shipping costs?

For your safety, we ship all items with tracking.

In order not to increase the sales prices unnecessarily and to not have to include the shipping costs in every article, we only offer free shipping for orders over 29.00 euros .

This step is necessary to ensure a fair price/performance ratio.

For orders below this limit, shipping is only a one- off flat rate of 4.99 euros , instead of 5.49 up to 2 kg or 6.99 euros over 2 kg.

Which service provider is responsible for shipping?

We ship 90% of our products with DHL and, depending on whether our supplier offers it, also plastic-free and CO2-neutral. We always bear the additional cost for this ourselves.

Can I return my order?

You have a 14-day right of return within the statutory time limit. If, despite our careful quality controls, there is still cause for complaint, please contact us by email and describe the problem to us, preferably with a picture, so that we can find a solution together. Sometimes the problem can be solved without returning the item.

The right of return for items manufactured according to customer specifications is generally excluded according to legal provisions.

Returns of other goods must be made undamaged. You can find further information about your right of cancellation in our terms and conditions, which can be found at the bottom of every page on HalloGeschenk.de.

I want to order - is there enough time?

As a rule, we check our stocks regularly and only offer available products.

However, with over 80,000 products, the delivery time can vary slightly and always depends on various factors such as the current stock level.

Upon request, we will be happy to check the exact availability of your desired product and give you an approximate indication as to whether there might be delays or not.

Just write us an email and please tell us the desired color and size so that we can give you the most accurate information possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes and no!

If you have a cancellation request, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request - but since most customers want and expect fast shipping, we will process them as quickly as possible.

This means that a cancellation request is always a race against time.

If you change your mind, we need this information as soon as possible, as we usually process and release your order within the next 2 hours.

Please note that from a legal point of view there is no right of return for personalized products and we cannot stop production if it is already in print.

For this reason, please look carefully at your personalization beforehand and pay attention to any spelling mistakes. However, we should mention that we check all orders before printing. If, for example, a spelling mistake has crept in, we will contact you by email.

This may delay shipping, but in the end everything will be correct and as desired.
